Data Deletion Instructions

At Myanmar Connect, we value your privacy and provide simple ways to manage your data, including the complete deletion of your account and associated information.
How to Delete Your Data
1. Via the Mobile App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the app:
- Open the Myanmar Connect app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap on Privacy & Data.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
2. Via Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can send a deletion request to our support team. Please use the email address associated with your account:
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Data is Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal identifiers, including your name, email address, profile picture, and any listings or content you have created. Some anonymized usage data may remain in our logs, but it cannot be linked back to you.
